Here travel rates can be controlled that allow predefined values to be used to calculate travel. Costs are based on travel time multiplied by the labour rates and distance multiplied by the cost per mile. On top of the costs, lodging multiplied by the number of nights and fares can be included to achieve a total cost for travel.
Travel
Select - select a travel rate from the index.
Create - create a new travel rate.
Edit - edit the currently selected travel rate.
Delete - delete the currently selected travel rate.
Rename - rename the currently selected travel rate.
Report
Index - runs a report that shows an index of all travel rates.
Select Report - select a report to run.
