Site Contracts
Add - add a maintenance contract to the currently selected site from the list of global contracts
Edit Date - change the date that the maintenance contract expires.
Remove - remove the selected maintenance contract from the sites list of contracts.

Maintenance Contracts
Add - add a new global maintenance contract.
Edit - edit the currently selected global maintenance contract.
Delete - delete the currently selected global maintenance contract.
Contract Name - the name for the global maintenance contract.
Response Time (Hours) - how quickly the engineer must be on site.
Callout Charge - amount to charge for the callout.
Included Time (Hours) - how many hours are included within the callout charge.
Material Markup % - percentage markup to place onto all material items.
Other Markup % - percentage markup to place onto all other items.
The labour rates can be given a description and also rates for wage, cost and charge values.
