Calls
Add Call - add a call for the currently selected customer.
Edit Call - edit the details for the currently selected call.
Delete Call - delete the currently selected call.
Add/edit a call.
Enter the details of the call in the customer call form. The title can be selected from an index if required.
Reports
Select Report - select a report to run.
