This feature enables items to be transferred from other Estimates.

Click on Import Estimate
|

Use the Import From Estimate browse button to select the required Estimate from the Estimate Index
|

Double click on the Estimate Sections from the lower portion of the screen to open and view the items within
|
|
·
|
Double click and Item to add it to the new Estimate or Ctrl+Click to select multiple items
|
|

|
Allow Edit, when ticked will pop up a box for each item as it is being transferred to allow you to change the quantities
|
|
·
|
Add to Existing will auto increment the quantity of any items already in the section being transferred to
|
|
·
|
The resulting transfer will have been placed in your new Estimate (at the spot originally highlighted before opening the new estimate)
|
Note the warning of aged items whose prices you may need to re-value:
