APPLICATIONS
The Cypher1 Applications program enables interim claims to be produced quickly
and efficiently.
- All calculations are included; Percentages complete, MCD deductions, Retentions
and VAT to be included.
- Contract Values can be imported from the Cypher1 Estimating Software, broken
down into individual Section Values.
- Claims can be produced at anytime based on the users estimate of current values
- A ‘Layout Designer’ is included to enable the print out to be personalized
- Shortfalls between amount claimed and amount paid can be automatically catered
for.
- Retention percentages can be altered to suit each claim
- Customer information can be recalled from the Cypher1 Customer Database
- Variations can easily be added and included in future claims
- Print outs of individual ‘Applications’ OR a Summary of all ‘Applications’ can
be obtained, the later showing totals, over a selected period, of monies
claimed, received and retained, and of MCD deducted.
- VAT Invoices can be created automatically on receipt of payment
